Clarks Summit Goes Pink

Clarks Summit Goes Pink is a certified non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer and supporting those affected—right here in our own community.

Our mission is to educate, empower, and inspire by bringing people together to make a meaningful difference. Every dollar we raise stays local, helping to provide support, resources, and hope to individuals and families in our area.

Throughout the year, we organize events and initiatives that unite our town in pink—highlighting the importance of early detection, community support, and continued research.

One of our biggest and most anticipated events is our Annual 5K Run / 1 Mile Walk and Community Block Party—a family-friendly celebration of strength, unity, and hope.

At Clarks Summit Goes Pink, we believe that real change starts close to home. Thank you for helping us turn awareness into action—and Clarks Summit into a beacon of support for all who are affected by breast cancer.

Let’s turn Clarks Summit pink together!

Dawn’s Tribute

Join us in a tribute to Dawn Sobeleski for her lifelong service and charitable contributions to our community

Whether she was greeting people in her Sunrise Cafe or serving hundreds of free meals during the Covid epidemic, Dawn always had a friendly smile. Her generous, optimistic spirit will be remembered. In honor of all that she accomplished, there will be a dinner to raise funds for one of her favorite causes, the Fire Companies in Clarks Summit, South Abington, Dalton and Newton-Ransom.

Dawn certainly made a positive difference in our community. We hope to see a large turn-out to continue that positive outlook that she showed each day of her life.
